1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Kreo (“Kreo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Kreo provides software tools that allow users to interact with and trade prediction markets available on Polymarket and Kalshi through a Telegram bot, web application, and browser extension (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Kreo provides an interface that enables users to interact with prediction markets on Polymarket and Kalshi.
Kreo does not operate, control, or manage prediction markets. Markets are operated by third-party platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi.
Kreo functions solely as a user interface and access tool that allows users to interact with those platforms.
Trades executed through Kreo occur on the infrastructure of Polymarket or Kalshi, depending on the market selected by the user.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Use the Services only in jurisdictions where such use is lawful
Kreo does not permit access in jurisdictions where Polymarket or Kalshi are prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
4. Accounts and Authentication
Access to Kreo requires authentication through Telegram Login.
By using Telegram authentication, you authorize Kreo to associate your Telegram account information with your Kreo account.
Users may create multiple Kreo accounts, provided such accounts are not used for:
- bot farming
- automated exploitation
- abuse of platform features
- activities intended to harm Kreo or other users
Kreo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, particularly if malicious or abusive behavior is detected.
5. Wallets and Custody
When using Kreo to interact with Polymarket markets, users receive Gnosis Safe wallets generated through Polymarket infrastructure and secured by Privy.
Important conditions:
- Kreo does not control private keys
- Kreo does not custody user funds
- Kreo cannot recover lost funds
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets and Privy authentication
All transactions conducted through Kreo are executed by the user through their associated wallet.
6. Trading Fees
Kreo may charge trading fees for transactions executed through the platform.
Fees may change over time and will be applied to applicable trades conducted through the Services.
Kreo does not currently charge platform subscription fees or spreads.
7. Financial Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction markets involves significant financial risk.
By using Kreo, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Kreo does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
- Kreo does not guarantee profits or outcomes
- All trading decisions are made solely by the user
- Users are fully responsible for all trades and resulting gains or losses
Users should only trade with funds they can afford to lose.
Kreo provides access to markets operated by third parties including Polymarket and Kalshi.
Kreo is not responsible for:
- the operation of those platforms
- market outcomes
- platform outages
- smart contract behavior
- exchange rules or settlement mechanisms
Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Kreo to engage in activities including but not limited to:
- market manipulation
- use of automated bots or scraping systems
- exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- circumventing platform restrictions
- engaging in illegal activities
- interfering with the operation or security of the Services
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, code, interfaces, design elements, and branding associated with Kreo are the property of Kreo.
Users may not:
- copy
- modify
- redistribute
- reverse engineer
- reproduce
any part of the Services without prior authorization from Kreo.
11. Service Availability
Kreo provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- continuous availability
- absence of errors or bugs
Kreo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kreo shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- trading losses
- smart contract failures
- blockchain failures
- Polymarket outages
- Kalshi outages
- wallet loss or compromise
- technical errors or system interruptions
Users assume full responsibility for the risks associated with using the Services.
13. Termination
Kreo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services without notice if malicious, abusive, or harmful behavior is detected.
Termination may occur for violations of these Terms or actions that threaten the security or integrity of the platform.
14. Relationship with Polymarket and Kalshi
Kreo builds tools within the Polymarket ecosystem and enables interaction with both Polymarket and Kalshi markets.
However:
- Kreo is not owned by Polymarket
- Kreo is not owned by Kalshi
- Kreo operates as an independent entity
15. Updates to Terms
Kreo may update these Terms periodically.
When updates occur, users will be notified through messages posted in the Kreo support channel.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
