1. Introduction
Kreo (“Kreo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates software tools that allow users to interact with prediction markets built on Polymarket through a Telegram bot, web application, and browser extension (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights users have regarding their data when using Kreo.
By using Kreo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Services Overview
Kreo provides tools that allow users to access and trade markets on Polymarket through an interface integrated with Telegram login.
Users authenticate through Telegram Login, and Kreo generates a Polymarket-compatible wallet for trading. These wallets are Gnosis Safe wallets generated by Polymarket infrastructure and secured by Privy.
Kreo does not custody user funds.
Kreo collects only the information necessary to operate the Services.
When users authenticate through Telegram, we collect:
- Telegram username
- Telegram user ID
- Telegram profile name
This information is used solely for account identification and service operation.
Kreo is aware of wallets generated through the platform in order to enable trading functionality.
This includes:
- Wallet addresses generated for users through Kreo
Kreo does not have custody of these wallets or user funds.
3.3 Trading Activity
Kreo records trading activity only for wallets generated through the platform. This information may include transaction details necessary for service operation.
3.4 Transaction Logs
Kreo maintains logs of transactions occurring through the platform. These logs are used for operational reliability and troubleshooting.
Kreo does not collect:
- Email addresses
- IP addresses
- Analytics tracking data
Information collected by Kreo is used only for the following purposes:
- Operating and maintaining the Services
- Enabling trading interactions with Polymarket
- Improving the functionality and reliability of the platform
- Providing support and troubleshooting transaction issues
Kreo does not use user data for advertising or email marketing.
Kreo may occasionally send broadcast messages through Telegram related to platform updates or service information.
5. Data Sharing
Kreo does not sell user data.
Kreo does not share personal data with partners, advertisers, or third parties.
6. User Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

Upon receiving a valid request, Kreo will remove the associated user data from its systems where feasible.
7. Security and Wallet Architecture
Wallets generated through Kreo are Gnosis Safe wallets generated by Polymarket infrastructure and secured by Privy.
Kreo does not control private keys and does not custody user funds.
Users retain control over trading activity conducted through their generated wallets.
8. Children’s Privacy
Kreo services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has used the Services, we may remove associated data and restrict access.
9. International Privacy Rights
Kreo aims to respect privacy rights under major data protection frameworks, including:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights that include:
- Requesting access to your personal data
- Requesting correction of inaccurate data
- Requesting deletion of your data

10. Policy Updates
Kreo may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When updates occur, users will be notified through messages in the Kreo support channel. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Relationship with Polymarket
Kreo builds tools within the Polymarket ecosystem and enables access to Polymarket markets.
However, Kreo is not part of Polymarket legally and operates as a separate legal entity.
12. Risk Disclaimer
Trading on prediction markets involves financial risk.
Users interact with markets at their own risk, and Kreo does not guarantee outcomes or profits from any trading activity.
